Only 2 weeks ago here on the blog of Hotel Angela we recommended you visit CAC Malaga … but did you know that there is another Contemporary Art Centre in Mijas Pueblo?
CAC Mijas opened about 4 years ago an it has become a very popular museum in little time as it has exhibited pieces of art of international artists as important as Pablo Picasso.
On the 8th of March, due to International Women’s Day, CAC Mijas opened a new triple exhibition about women.
The first of them is called “WOMAN – Inspiration facing the mirror” by Lol Malone.
The second micro exhibition is by Asuncion Retamero and it is a collection of haute couture dresses called “Light of a Woman”.
The third one is called “Women’s fight” and it contains 12 pieces and it is by artist Juan Jesús Díaz Ariza.
All of them can be visited until Wednesday the 30th of May. The regular entry price to access all facilities of the museum is 3 euros, and the price for groups and over 65s is only 2 euros.
CAC Mijas is in the centre of Mijas Pueblo, in calle Malaga, and it is open Monday to Saturday from 10 P.M to 6 P.M.
