Dear guests,

For the first time we are obliged to close our hotels to contribute in stopping the coronavirus pandemic from spreading. The Royal Decree Law 463/2020, of the 14th of March, has been extended and now states that hotels must also remain closed during the state of emergency. We understand this is a hard decision that had to be made to ensure our team and guests’ health above all.

The state of emergency is currently in place until the 12th of April. We are in constant communication with the authorities to follow the instructions given. We are hopeful this will end as soon as possible so we can go back to normal and welcome you back to our hotels Angela, Yaramar and Florida Spa.

We would like to express our gratitude to our employees, who have handled this hard situation with the professionalism and care that they have always shown and to our guests for their understanding and trust. We send our condolences to those who have lost a loved one and our strength to the health care services and authorities that are working so hard for all of us.

Although we must remain closed, we continue working to give the best of ourselves as soon as the situation comes back to normal. We would like to thank all our guests that are having to modify their reservations for their patience. Our reservations team remain at your service for any questions or future reservations.
