On our previous post we recommended you to visit Malaga to make the most of its fantastic and wide gastronomic offer. Today we would like to recommend you to visit it once again though for a very different purpose as last month an excellent temporary exhibition of works by Miró was inaugurated in the Pompidou Malaga Museum.

The Pompidou is one of our most popular museums in Malaga as it is the first and only branch of the Pompidou Museum outside France, so although it opened about 2 months ago this museum is already a cultural reference in Spain.

This amazing new museum is located in the beautiful Port of Malaga, so if it easily accessible walking from the city centre or from the Malaga centro train station.

The great temporary exhibition we mentioned above contains 46 works on paper created between 1960 and 1978 by the famous Catalan artist Joan Miró.

The greatest thing about this amazing display of works by Miró is that it will be available till late September, so if you love art and you are planning to visit us this summer, we certainly recommend you not to miss it.
