Last week here on the blog of Hotel Angela, your hotel in Fuengirola, we recommended you not to miss the amazing International Festival, a great event organised by the Fuengirola City Council each year in spring.
Today we would like to suggest you another great local plan as only a few days ago an ideal exhibition for nostalgics got inaugurated in Fuengirola.
This fantastic exhibition, called “Nuestros años en la EGB”, is a collection of endearing objects very common back in the 70s and 80s.
These lovely items on display will make us remember how we lived back in the day, how our homes looked and even how different our schools were. Apart from these objects some beautiful old pictures taken at local schools can also be seen in there and some fun activities related to the topic of the exhibition are available for visitors.
The museum that hosts this exhibition is called Museo Ciudad de Fuengirola and is located right beside the new town hall and very close to Bioparc, so if you are planning to visit Fuengirola city centre we do recommend you to include a visit to this museum in your plans.
The entry to the museum is free and this amazing exhibition is available up to Sunday the 28th of June.
As you can see, in Fuengirola we do not need a time machine to go back to the past!
