If at the moment you are on holiday at Hotel Angela, your hotel in Fuengirola, and you fancy doing something fun and different without having to go very far we are sure you are going to love what we are about to tell you.

From the 30th of April to the 4th of May Fuengirola celebrates the 20th anniversary of its famous International Fair.

During these 5 days the fairground will home more than 30 regions and countries spread across the globe, so this is no doubt a great opportunity to get in touch with their local dishes, culture, typical music and dances without having to leave Costa del Sol.

While it is on from 1:00 P.M to 4:00 A.M there will be many things to see and do at the fairground, though the most expected day of all is when the traditional parade takes place. This year the parade is on Saturday the 3rd of May at 1:00 P.M and it is well worth seeing as participants will wear their beautiful typical costumes…so if you are free, why don’t you go and take a look?  

Also if you go to the city centre and visit Plaza de España  you might have the chance to enjoy the folklore shows of some of the participant countries.

Here at Hotel Angela we cannot think of a better way to spend your days, so we cannot recommend you enough to visit the International Fair as this is one of the best and most expected events on Costa del Sol.
