Do you love traditional Spanish food and are you on holiday at Hotel Angela right now? If so, you might love the news we are about to share with you.
3 years ago in February the Fuengirola Council launched the idea of a gastronomic route called “Nan’s Casserole”. Since then it has been quite successful and it has become very popular so now it is quite an important event in town which takes place every year in February.
More than 70 local establishments participate on this route which consists in offering a nice casserole dish and a drink for just 2 euros from the 15th of February to the 2nd of March. If you want to make the most of it you do not need to go very far as many bars and restaurants in Los Boliches have joined the route. Among them is the Rivera, the Beach Club of our sister hotel, Hotel Yaramar.
During this route the Rivera is offering a lovely and very traditional casserole. To be more precise it is a casserole of beans and crispy cabbage created by Salvador López, who is its main chef and was a finalist of the first edition of this route when he worked for another establishment.
If you fancy eating something new and certainly delicious we recommend you to visit the Rivera and try the beautiful casserole Salvador has prepared for you!
