We will soon be into September and this announces the summer will shortly get to an end. However the heat is still at its peak and from the Hotel Angela, we would like to give you some advice on how to overcome the high temperatures which you are not used to.

During the summer season the temperatures in Malaga go from a minimum of 23ºC to a maximum of 36ºC. On some occasions the temperature goes even higher than the maximum and this is when we have to be aware of what to do for a good health.

  • Hydration
  • Use soft colored clothing
  • Eat light meals
  • Don´t abuse of caffeine

These points are essential to stay in good shape when the heat is strong. And remember it all applies whether or not you are practicing sports or any physical activity. So drink plenty of water, even if you are not thirsty

We do know you all take well care of yourselves at the pool and beach always, which is the best refreshing solution we could recommend. However should you have any questions about this matter please don’t hesitate to ask at reception, where we will give you some advice on what to do on very hot days so you can enjoy your visit to Fuengirola, Costa del Sol, to the fullest.
