As we informed you in our previous post, last Tuesday the 23rd of October Hotel Angela celebrated its farewell party.

Despite it was a great party and it was good fun, it was also quite an emotional one as due to the refurbishment our big family, formed by staff and guests, will have to be separated for a little while.

In the party the staff dedicated the well known song “Amigos para siempre” (“Forever Friends”) to the guests, we did a quiz where guests competed against staff and which was won by guests…so that clearly proved that most of you know a lot about the hotel and also about all of us. In a few words, we had a great time and this was a party that we will never forget.

We know that the temporary close-down of the Angela is more than necessary, but it is still difficult not to be moved by it. We are aware that most of you did not have the chance to attend our farewell party, so for this reason we would like to share with you the beautiful words that the management dedicated to the guests  there present:

“We would like to thank you for the trust you have placed in us during all these years and we really hope to host you in this, your home, for many more. Our main aim is to improve and that’s why we wanted to revamp and upgrade our premises in order to keep on offering you a superb service. We really hope you appreciate and enjoy the changes that we are going to make. Everything we do is thinking of you as it is essential to us to provide you the service and the premises you do deserve.

The management and all members of staff are truly grateful and we all would really love for you to visit again from March 2013”.

Well, Hotel Angela is going to have a well deserved break, but we will still be here keeping you informed of everything that happens…we are sure that you will be as excited as us when you start seeing the changes and this, no doubt, fills us with satisfaction.
