It is mid August and this time of year is when the city of Malaga celebrates its fair.
This year the fair of Malaga started last Saturday the 12th of August and it will be on until Sunday the 20th.
Although the dates can vary a bit this is always on in mid August as it commemorates the reconquest of Malaga by the Catholic Monarchs on the 19th of August 1487.
The fair of Malaga is no doubt the most awaited event of the year not only for locals but also for tourists.
This amazing festival still has a traditional side even if it is quite cosmopolitan and international due to the big amount of visitors from all over the world who come to the city willing to enjoy it.
