Are you currently on holiday at Hotel Angela, your hotel in Fuengirola, and you fancy doing something special and different this week? If that is the case we have something great to tell you as this weekend, from Friday the 18th to Sunday the 20th, there is a unique event on Costa del Sol: The Luna Mora Festival in Mijas.
This is the first time this fabulous festival has been organised in Mijas and the celebration will take place in what is considered as the most stunning place in town, the impressive Arabic Wall.
There, there will be performances and cultural activities like dancing sessions, also a bazaar where you can purchase lovely handmade goods and the area will be lighted with over 5,000 candles.
The organisers of this event are the same of the famous Luna Mora of Guaro. Guaro is a beautiful town in inland Malaga which each September receives many visitors who do not want to miss this magic event.
If you decide to go to this amazing and exotic festival you might like to know that it coincides with the 28th edition of the Theatre Festival of Mijas which will take place in the famous whitewashed town from the 18th to the 22nd of July.
We certainly recommend you not to miss the first edition of Luna Mora of Mijas… We are sure you will love it!!
