Mijas Tourist Day 2019

Are you currently on holiday at Hotel Angela, your hotel in Fuengirola, and you fancy having a fantastic day out in one of the most beautiful towns in Spain?

If so, this week we recommend you visit Mijas as this Wednesday the 25th of September our neighbouring town celebrates its Tourist Day 2019.

This Tourist Day is one of the most awaited celebrations of the year in Costa del Sol because as you know every year a big number of foreigners visit our region, and some of them love it so much that they even move here. In fact, Mijas has over 40% of foreign residents and most of them are British.

The Tourist Day festival will start at 12:00 P.M on Plaza Virgen de la Peña, right in the centre of Mijas.

You will surely have a great time in there enjoying the handcraft stalls, as well as different flamenco shows, paella tasting, sweet wine tasting and local food tasting.

In the evening, at around 6:00 P.M. in the bullring there will be a flamenco horse show.

Going to Mijas at any time is always a great idea but visiting right now when such a great event is taking place is definitely well worth it.

Have fun at Mijas Tourist Day!
